How Deposits Work
Deposits are processed through our AI verification system to ensure security and prevent fraud. The AI must confirm every deposit before your balance is credited.
Send SLVX to Platform Wallet
Go to your Wallet page, copy the Solvex deposit address, and send SLVX tokens from your personal wallet (Phantom, Solflare, etc.) to this address.
Submit Deposit Request
After sending, fill out the deposit form with your sender wallet address, the transaction ID/signature from your wallet, and the amount you sent. This information is required for the AI to verify your deposit.
AI Verification
Your deposit request goes to "Pending" status. The AI system verifies the transaction on the blockchain by checking the transaction ID, confirming the amount, and validating the sender wallet. The AI must approve every deposit - this usually takes under 1 hour.
Balance Credited
Once the AI verifies and approves your deposit, your SLVX balance is credited instantly. You can now use these tokens to purchase services on the marketplace.
Why does AI need to confirm deposits?
AI verification prevents fraud, ensures transaction legitimacy, and protects both buyers and sellers. The AI checks the blockchain directly to confirm funds were actually received before crediting your account. No deposit is processed without AI confirmation.
How Withdrawals Work
Withdrawals are processed by the AI system with strict security measures to protect your funds. The AI must confirm every withdrawal before tokens are sent.
Request Withdrawal
Go to your Wallet page, select the Withdraw tab, enter your wallet address and the amount of SLVX you want to withdraw.
AI Security Check
The AI verifies your withdrawal request and performs security checks. For your protection, the AI will only send withdrawals to wallet addresses that have previously deposited to your account. This prevents unauthorized withdrawals even if your account is compromised.
AI Processing
Once the AI confirms the withdrawal is legitimate and going to an authorized wallet, it processes the transaction and sends your SLVX tokens from the platform wallet to your specified wallet address. Your balance is deducted and the transaction is recorded.
Security: Withdrawals Only to Depositing Wallets
For your maximum protection, the AI will only send withdrawals to wallet addresses that have previously deposited funds to your account. This means if someone gains access to your account, they cannot withdraw to their own wallet - your funds can only go back to wallets you control. This is a critical security feature managed entirely by the AI.

Select a service, describe your request in detail, and submit your order. The AI reviews every order request and will either approve or decline based on feasibility.
AI Approval Required
Every order must be approved by the AI before payment. The AI evaluates if the request is appropriate, feasible, and within the service scope. If approved, you will be prompted to pay. If declined, you will see the reason why.
Pay & Receive Delivery
Once approved, pay in SLVX tokens from your wallet balance. The AI will complete your work and deliver the results directly to your order page. You will be notified when delivery is complete.
